Will I receive updates if the product is improved or changed?
This depends on the product. Some DFY products come with lifetime updates, while others are a one-time download. If updates are included, they will be mentioned on the product page.
Can I share the DFY product with others?

Do you offer refunds on DFY products?

Do you offer refunds on One-and-Run services?

What happens after the project is completed?

Do you offer refunds on short-term projects?

A long-term project or full-service offering is an extended engagement where we work closely with you over a set period to provide comprehensive support, strategy, and execution. These projects are ideal for businesses that need ongoing assistance rather than a one-time service.
How long do long-term projects typically last?
The duration varies based on the scope of work but generally ranges from several months to a year or more. Specific timelines will be outlined in your project agreement.
What is the process for starting a long-term project?
After an initial consultation, we’ll outline the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and expectations. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll kick off the project and establish a schedule for regular updates and check-ins.
Will I receive regular updates throughout the project?
Yes! We provide ongoing communication and scheduled progress updates to keep you informed at every stage of the project. Every Monday, you'll receive a kickoff email outlining what to expect for the week ahead, and every Friday, we'll send a wrap-up email recapping progress, key takeaways, and next steps. This ensures you’re always up to date and can plan accordingly.
What if my needs change during the project?
We understand that business needs evolve. If adjustments are required, we’ll work with you to modify the scope, timeline, or deliverables as needed. Additional work outside the original agreement may be subject to an updated contract and pricing.
What level of involvement is required from me?
